White Chocolate Fudge

Fudge Ingredients:

  • 1 block cream cheese at room temperature.
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 12 oz melted white chocolate
  • ¾ cups pecans (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons cherry syrup (optional)


Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Gently fold in melted chocolate. Mix in optional pecans and cherry syrup. Pour into an /8 pan lined with foil and greased. Chill 1 hour or until set and cut into pieces. Store in airtight container.
