- 1 block cream cheese at room temperature.
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 12 oz melted white chocolate
- ¾ cups pecans (optional)
- 2 tablespoons cherry syrup (optional)
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Gently fold in melted chocolate. Mix in optional pecans and cherry syrup. Pour into an /8 pan lined with foil and greased. Chill 1 hour or until set and cut into pieces. Store in airtight container.
