Rice Pudding

 Rice Pudding

3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk

½ cup sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup raisins (try dried cranberries as variety)
1 ts vanilla extract
Ground cinnamon
1/2 ts salt

Combine all, pour into 10x4x2 baking dish.  Bake at 325° for 65 minutes.
