Aunt Sister’s Shrimp Mousse

2 cups minced shrimp (boiled in salt water with 2 tablespoons of liquid seafood boil).

1 block cream cheese at room temperature
1 can condensed tomato soup
½ cup minced celery
½ cup minced green onion
1 cup mayonnaise
1 package knox unflavored gelatin
½ teaspoon Zataran’s liquid seafood boil
1 teaspoon Tony C’s
salt. Pepper and garlic powder to taste.

In heavy large saucepan over medium heat, whisk together cream cheese and soup until smooth and creamy. Add ll other ingredients EXCEPT the knox and blend well. Dissolve the knox in ¼ cup warm water and whisk into the mixture. Pout into a greased mold and chill over night. Best served with club crackers.
